日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与CapCut主框架的产品设计与体验优化，围绕首页、导航、功能入口、项目管理等基础场景，提升功能发现与使用效率，打造流畅、一致的创作体验； 2、结合用户反馈、数据分析及产品研究，识别用户在核心使用链路中的体验问题，完成需求分析与方案设计，推动产品持续迭代； 3、与设计、研发、数据等团队紧密协作，跟进需求开发、测试及上线，关注上线后的用户反馈与数据表现，持续验证和优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4-5天，对用户产品及创作工具有热情，有产品相关实习或项目经历者优先； 3、逻辑清晰，对用户体验敏感，能够从具体场景出发理解用户需求；具备基础的数据分析能力，能够结合定性与定量信息发现问题；具备良好的沟通协作能力和执行力，责任心强，能够主动学习、推进任务并关注结果； 4、有AI Native产品使用、研究或实践经验者优先，对用户意图理解及AI交互方式有基础认识，能够思考AI能力如何融入用户创作流程； 5、具备良好的英语沟通能力；具备跨文化视角，对不同国家和地区用户的使用习惯及文化差异保持敏感；有国际学习、生活、国际化项目或跨文化协作经历者优先；剪映CapCut或其他剪辑、创作工具的深度用户优先。
