日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责的全链路体验设计，包括但不限于用户研究、交互UI、动效Demo、Coding交付等； 2、准确理解业务目标，持续挖掘体验问题，从业务和用户视角提供有效解决方案并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、有实习经验优先； 3、有扎实的专业能力，富于创新、思维灵活，对体验有敏锐感知、关注设计细节； 4、对AI产品有较强兴趣和基础理解，具备AI Coding能力，能熟练使用Cursor/Codex等工具快速进行原型Demo与设计还原等； 5、有强烈的主人翁意识，主动沟通协作、责任感强、具备坚韧的执行能力。
