ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间与毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：剪映用户增长团队服务剪映、CapCut、即梦、醒图、小云雀等数亿级视频、图片创作产品。团队应用AI前沿技术，采用敏捷闭环的开发方式，鼓励端到端探索。并且基于大模型技术，开发增长营销Agent，整体方向具有明确的商用前景和业务重塑空间。团队职责是提供覆盖多区域市场，全球化场景的增长解决方案，例如SEO、社交媒体营销等，推动AI驱动的全球化增长策略落地，持续积累国际化视野与实践经验。

1、参与维护剪映业务核心系统，保障服务高效、可靠、稳定运行； 2、通过持续的全方位数据运营（包括可用性指标、历史事故、资源利用率等），发现系统薄弱点，推动落地并持续优化； 3、参与推动标准和流程落地，以及相关工具和平台建设，包括监控、线上问题定位&止损、重点保护等； 4、参与推动提升服务的可靠性、可扩展性以及性能优化，保障系统SLA； 5、参与剪映和剪映系产品增长营销Agent的应用开发，设计并实现增长营销Agent系统，覆盖深度调研、SEO优化、社媒营销、达人营销等多个场景，助力剪映、即梦、醒图等产品在全球范围内实现用户增长和市场拓展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机软件基础知识；了解Linux操作系统、存储、网络等相关原理； 3、有较好的数据分析能力，能够发现潜在问题和机会，以及具备系统化解决问题的能力，良好的沟通技巧和主人翁责任感； 4、具备扎实的开发能力，精通一种或多种编程语言，例如Python/Go/Java/Rust； 5、有FE开发能力，能够独立完成平台化的搭建工作者优先； 6、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
