1、负责CapCut产品内的AI模型（视频模型）的算法效果评估、优化及接入策略，基于用户需求场景理解制定模型效果定义、设计模型效果评测体系，对模型效果进行评估与验收，并推进模型接入和效果打磨； 2、通过对内外部AI模型整体效果评估，明确模型接入策略，并牵头推动算法、产品、设计等团队共同推进模型能力上线，对上线后的用户反馈及模型采纳率负责； 3、根据上线的模型数据进行数据处理和分析，迭代模型效果，并对不同功能模块的数据梳理优先级，明确业务重心，持续优化算法性能。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，影视专业背景； 2、具备小语种能力、社媒资深视频创作者等经验的候选人优先； 3、对AI领域的动态/新技术深入研究，熟悉不同类型AI模型能力和效果，有AI算法相关运营工作经验者优先； 4、熟悉国际化社交软件及视频内容平台，熟悉国际化潮流文化，有良好的内容洞察力； 5、良好的数据分析能力，逻辑能力强，能快速梳理出核心问题并提出解决方案； 6、具备优秀的沟通和协作能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。
