1、参与和负责安全与合规算法建设，围绕隐私合规与安全方向，独立设计并推进算法方案落地； 2、围绕隐私安全数据保护、Agent安全、版权风险等安全与合规场景，建设隐私信息识别、多模态内容理解、版权风险检测、自动化评测和安全防护能力，覆盖问题定义、数据建设、模型训练、效果评估、线上接入和持续优化等完整链路； 3、应用多模态大模型、视觉语言模型、大模型后训练、强化学习、Agent等技术，推动在风险识别和合规评测中的落地； 4、与产品、工程、运营、审核、策略等团队协作，将算法能力接入真实业务链路，并负责线上效果、稳定性和治理结果； 5、参与团队算法平台、数据闭环、模型服务和评测基础设施建设，提升安全与合规算法在多业务、多地区、多语言场景下的复用效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业毕业； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和算法基础，在NLP、CV、多模态学习、大模型、内容理解或安全风控方向，至少有一个领域的完整项目经验； 3、熟悉文本分类、序列标注、实体识别、图像分类、目标检测、视频理解、跨模态检索或隐私信息识别等相关技术中的一项或多项； 4、熟练掌握Python、C++、Go中至少一种编程语言，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow等深度学习框架，具备良好的工程实现和问题定位能力； 5、具备数据驱动的问题分析能力，能够基于样本分布、模型误差、业务指标和线上反馈定位问题，并形成可执行的优化方案； 6、对隐私合规、Agent安全、版权治理有兴趣，能够理解算法效果与业务风险、合规要求、用户体验之间的关系。

加分项： 1、有隐私安全、风控或平台治理相关工作经验者优先； 2、在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP等学术会议发表过论文，或在Kaggle、ACM-ICPC、天池等算法竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先； 3、有线上模型服务、实时/离线特征工程、高并发工程系统或多语言全球化算法落地经验者优先。
