1、结合剪映CapCut业务需求，与产品、设计、研发等多方紧密协作，制定包含文字类、特效等重点素材的内容规划并进行质量把控、上线分发，全流程跟进落地； 2、对欧美地区的剪辑创作需求及发展趋势熟悉，能够针对国际地区（欧美为主）审美制定有效的素材效果策略，打造端外发酵爆款，提升端内用户创作体验； 3、针对上线内容复盘分析，总结内容优化方向，发现内容及分发问题，协同产品侧提升素材的分发质量和运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上内容策划工作经验，具备设计相关学历及背景，有设计经验及良好的审美判断力； 2、熟悉欧美主流媒体平台，对用户剪辑包装、P图需求有研究、有热爱，对剪辑包装市场趋势敏感度高； 3、具备出色的分析规划能力、基础数据分析能力、良好的统筹协作能力，拥有强烈的责任心、团队意识及高效执行力； 4、有素材/特效/影像类相关经验者优先； 5、有成功运营账号的案例、作品集加分。
