1、基于运营目标，制定内容策略，围绕内容创作场景精准拆解用户需求，结合人群洞察与热点趋势进行选题、方向策划，激发用户投稿讨论，服务于热门内容、素材的打造； 2、保持敏锐的网感、热点洞察力，刻画与明确内容质量标准，结合市场热点与业务需求，产出内容、素材、创意选题或脚本； 3、维护优质作者，包括作者的沟通对接、内容选题建议、活动邀约等方式，提升作者参与积极度。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，广告、编导、影视策划、影视编辑或有设计审美学等相关专业优先； 2、有内容策划、视频制作、效果设计或创意相关实习经验者加分； 3、熟悉并热爱抖音、B站等主流媒体内容，具有网感，能精准捕捉新趋势和新鲜事物的亮点，洞察力强、思维活跃，了解AI趋势、工具能力者优先； 4、具有良好的学习能力、逻辑思维、语言表达，有突出的创新意识，以及团队协作精神和责任心； 5、具备短视频、图片拍摄、剪辑能力，熟练使用剪映、PR等视频编辑软件。
