1、负责即梦高价值用户及团队客户的增长运营，对所负责客户在平台的GMV、续费及付费增长结果负责； 2、建立重点客户分层及运营机制，通过主动触达、需求挖掘、方案推荐、权益运营等方式，推动客户提升使用深度、付费规模及续费率； 3、识别客户增购、升级、团队扩张等商业机会，推动会员、积分/Token、团队方案等产品的转化与扩单； 4、建立客户长期沟通渠道，持续获取客户对模型、产品、价格、权益及产品的反馈，并推动相关问题解决； 5、结合客户使用及消费数据，识别增长机会与流失风险，沉淀可复制的高价值客户增长策略。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上客户增长运营工作经验； 2、具备较强的商业意识和结果导向，能够对客户GMV增长、扩单及续费承担结果责任； 3、具备较强的客户沟通和需求挖掘能力，能够建立并维护高价值客户关系； 4、具备较强的跨团队协同能力，能够推动产品、模型、运营等团队解决客户问题； 5、有AI创作工具、SaaS、创意工具或国际客户相关经验者优先。
