1、推动业务方案的合规评估工作，识别安全/合规/隐私相关风险，探索对应的风险缓解措施，保障及时交付； 2、建立合规相关机制，系统地管理优化合规评估流程，确保业务方案的安全性，提升效率效果； 3、总结合规/隐私相关要求，与业务团队合作推进合规能力落地，并形成业务合规的长期战略方向，积极主动地推动合规能力建设； 4、与相关方团队建立并维系良好的合作关系，提升全部门安全意识与业务安全水位； 5、能够牵引风险危机响应的全流程，如安全事件识别、响应、处置、调查、取证，降低业务安全风险。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上安全合规相关工作经验，有国内外复杂项目工作经验者优先； 2、熟悉国内外安全合规发展现状，了解行业信息／安全合规实践；具有较高安全、合规意识； 3、具有良好的跨国／跨职能团队沟通协作能力，严谨负责，结果导向，项目管理突出； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力及项目管理能力，有一定产品调研、数据分析和业务判断力； 5、学习能力强，对互联网、GenAI行业有好奇心，自我驱动能力强； 6、具备流利地道的英语听说读写能力者优先。
