1、创意规划和洞察：关注全球社交内容生态以及用户编辑体验，在画面、文本、音频方向，为剪映CapCut独立策划具有表现力和行业效果壁垒的方案，包含但不限于编辑类特效效果、coding类动效、音频可视化等创意交互类玩法方向的挖掘； 2、AI素材创新与重构：运用专业设计技能结合AIGC技术重新定义传统编辑特效的生产方式，为用户提供具有创新以及智能化的编辑效果，包含但不限于AI滤镜、AI画面特效、AI转场&视频动画、AI字体、AI海报、AI成片等方向； 3、跨团队横向协作：与研发、产品、运营紧密合作，共识效果目标推动方案落地保障结果，周期性形成有效沉淀分享，保持产品长期竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，国际化留学背景加分，视觉传达/多媒体/数字媒体艺术相关专业优先； 2、熟练应用视频/特效剪辑工具，并掌握1-2条AI驱动内容稳定生产的链路，能够探索/运用AI技术提升创作效率&效果创新，对生成式AI工具有浓厚兴趣并有相关模型训练、Coding落地项目经验者加分； 3、具备影像美学感知能力，对前沿动态视觉效果敏锐，有深索热情； 4、具备多线程管理能力，有较好的推动意识，同时具备责任任心和跨团队沟通的协调能力。
