1、负责CapCut（剪映国际版）全球内容策划，结合各视频平台的趋势与业务重点，制定供给策略； 2、负责内容生态标准定义，输出策略协同分发与产品手段落地拿到结果，服务增长、收入等业务目标； 3、通过数据分析等手段，总结&复盘不同生产渠道内容，对策划方案进行纠偏和迭代，提升内容消费数据； 4、搭建模板相关基建，包含定义内容标签、数据看板、后台运维提效等，提升模板的分发质量和运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上内容运营工作经验，能够制定并执行有效的内容策略； 2、有AI产品/运营/设计相关项目经验更佳，对AIGC/AI视觉/创意内容等领域有兴趣，愿意持续学习新技术； 3、有数据意识，能基于数据反馈进行总结复盘； 4、具备团队合作能力，能够与不同部门的同事进行有效沟通和协作； 5、熟悉各种国际社交媒体平台，英语可作为工作语言。
