ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、面向视频生成与编辑等多模态内容创作场景，探索多模态理解、创意扩写、内容规划与生成技术； 2、负责即梦创作场景多模态大模型算法工程研发，围绕图文/视频理解、时序建模、跨模态对齐、图像视频生成编辑、创作规划开展技术迭代； 3、基于多模态开展分析挖掘，搭建训练数据集、评测体系，打造数据驱动的模型迭代闭环，搭建覆盖指令遵循、主体一致性、画面时序连贯、语义匹配等指标的多模态生成评测体系； 4、探索SFT/RFT、DPO/GRPO、OPD等后训练方案、奖励建模、多候选采样、模型路由等技术，优化生成质量、时序稳定性与推理效率； 5、跟进多模态、视频生成前沿技术，推动算法落地；完整参与数据处理、模型训练、离线评测、推理部署与线上效果监控全流程。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 2、扎实算法与编程基础，掌握Python/Go/C++至少一门；熟悉多模态大模型基础原理，了解视觉编码、跨模态融合、时序建模；每周可保证4天到岗，可连续实习4个月； 3、熟悉图像/视频理解、AIGC生成编辑、多模态评测、大模型后训练任一方向，了解DiT、自回归生成、DPO/GRPO等技术优先； 4、具备实验设计与数据分析能力，有多模态数据集搭建、模型训练推理、线上部署、效果评测相关实践经历优先； 5、热爱生成式AI，自驱力强，擅长协作沟通；有顶会论文、开源项目、算法竞赛经验加分。
