1、牵头整体项目商业化运营工作，制定商业化策略，进行商业化全生命周期管理，包括方案规划、需求设计、效果复盘，推动商业化目标达成； 2、负责商业化与活跃体系设计，包括商业化体系与定价、道具规划、以及商业化运营系统的迭代； 3、规划年度版本周期，制定商业化和活跃活动，设计版本、赛季、节日、IP主题节点下的商业化节奏； 4、深入理解目标市场玩家行为与消费习惯，结合数据反馈和洞察用户行为，分析优化运营策略，提升用户满意度与付费表现； 5、深入研究国际化本地市场需求，关注行业趋势及产品动态，分析市场热门内容与付费模式，沉淀设计方法论并持续优化产品表现。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏商业化策划或商业化运营经验，独立负责过上线运营期项目的商业化系统、经济系统或资源循环相关内容的设计、落地与迭代； 2、有扎实的分析能力，能从数据及用户反馈出发探究用户心理及行为习惯，调优商业化设计及运营策略； 3、具备跨时区跨团队沟通协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神，有IP合作经验优先； 4、热爱游戏，有丰富的ccg游戏经验，对ccg品类的玩家社区文化有深入了解； 5、精通英语，可作为日常工作语言（口语+书面）。
