1、负责生活服务业务消费者体验场景的标准体系设计，输出标准化标注规则与执行规范； 2、负责规则体系的落地，并且搭建对落地后的质量以及闭环优化的机制，保障标准的良性运转； 3、负责模型输出质量常态化评估与监控，定位核心问题，联动算法、数据标注团队推进问题闭环与模型迭代优化； 4、深度挖掘业务痛点，开展问题分析提取，输出专项分析报告与优化建议； 5、基于业务数据与执行效果开展评估分析，持续迭代优化规则与标签体系，提升全场景适配性。

1、本科及以上学历，有互联网规则体系搭建、模型运营、体验/风险治理、本地生活相关从业经验者优先； 2、熟悉本地生活行业业态，对业务痛点与用户需求敏感度高，具备优秀的规则梳理、文案输出与数据分析能力； 3、具备强逻辑分析与问题洞察能力，可独立解决复杂问题，有效反哺规则、模型与产品优化； 4、严谨细致、责任心强，适配工作，自驱力突出； 5、具备良好的跨部门沟通、项目推进与团队协作能力。
