1、主导字节跳动边缘及CDN基础设施的规划与经营工作，包括需求预测与规划落地，资源募集与上量，资源成本优化，资源经营与结算，对资源池目标达成和成本竞争力负责； 2、构建资源池指标体系，分析资源与成本数据，制定目标，拆解策略，组织推进目标分阶段达成； 3、协同产品、技术各团队，针对不同资源类型制定资源规划方案，推进资源交付各环节落地； 4、紧密对接第三方供应商与商务团队，评估其能力与成本竞争力，制定合理分量策略、资源SLA、基于成本、质量、业务诉求、市场情况把控资源上量。

1、具备3年及以上基础设施容量规划与项目管理经验； 2、熟悉IP网络、路由、服务器硬件、计算及存储相关知识，熟悉硬件生命周期管理、全球站点拓展及供应商协调工作； 3、了解数据中心基础设施、CDN或边缘架构，以及部署策略； 4、具备在云、CDN或环境中主导容量规划的经验； 5、熟悉PCDN、非80、IAAS等低价异构资源优先。
