1、参与TRAE代码场景的大模型效果优化，包括数据建设、指令微调、RLHF/RL后训练及评测体系搭建； 2、参与TRAE Agent Harness核心能力的设计与迭代，包括多模型适配、Context Engineering、工具调用与多轮规划； 3、参与Agent效果分析与业务指标建模，通过数据驱动持续提升产品体验； 4、跟踪LLM、Agentic Workflow、Tool Use、Code Agent等方向的前沿进展，快速验证并落地创新方案。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的编程基础和良好的工程素养，熟悉Python/C++中至少一门语言； 3、熟悉机器学习/深度学习基本原理，了解Transformer架构及大语言模型相关技术； 4、自驱力强，对AI编程方向有热情，具备快速学习和独立解决问题的能力。

有以下一项或多项经历者优先： 1、大模型预训练/微调/RLHF相关研究或项目经验； 2、Agent框架、工具调用、代码生成相关开发经验； 3、高质量学术论文发表（NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP等）； 4、开源项目贡献或编程竞赛获奖。
