1、负责Coding Agent、CLI的探索与开发工作，专注于研发一流的Coding Agent； 2、负责探索Agent Harness的创新机制，探索与模型训练协同不断优化效果； 3、持续跟进LLM领域的最新技术趋势，结合AI Coding的需求提供创新的解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，深刻理解计算机系统原理，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础以及编程能力； 2、熟练掌握至少一种主流开发语言（如Rust、Golang、TypeScript、Java等），拥有丰富的开发和系统设计经验； 3、熟悉AI Agent相关技术，包括Context Engineering、Memory、自进化等。
