1、本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济等相关专业；拥有CFA、CPA、CA、ACCA等职业资格优先； 2、5年以上跨国企业总部财资管理经验，具备现金管理、投融资、外汇等财资全模块实操经验，有战略规划能力； 3、熟悉银行及金融机构的全球化运作、政策和流程；熟悉境内及跨境资金管理工作，以及相关金融法规、国际惯例； 4、具备优秀的企业财资分析能力，对资金市场发展趋势有较强的预判能力； 5、具备跨团队、跨区域、跨文化沟通协调能力，中英文可作为工作语言，有国际化工作经验者优先。
