日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Commercial AI负责中国交易与广告的to B应用统一模型建设，包含基础模型能力、AI Infra、统一商业数据、评测等方向。

1、广告商家服务算法团队，致力于打造业界领先的广告业务（To B）智能销售，从商家经营到广告投放对广告主进行全方位的服务，帮助广告主成长，同时为平台带来更多收入； 2、相比一般的智能客服机器人，除了回答问题之外，智能销售还要理解和推理客户深层需求、调用工具和环境交互解答客户问题，以及在长程对话中寻找时机对广告主进行主动的营销服务，提供合适的广告产品或投广建议； 3、主要工作内容 1）调研并应用前沿的大规模模型高效训练/推理方案，包括不限于极致优化SFT、RM、RLHF等技术； 2）聚焦LLM的Post-Training和Eval技术，以及RL与LLM-based Agent相结合的交叉研究与应用落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，机器学习、人工智能、数理统计等相关专业背景； 2、熟悉大模型的相关基础知识，具备大语言模型相关训练或推理的基础知识； 3、（训练方向）熟悉LLM Post-Training技术，例如SFT/RLHF的常用方法；熟悉Agent领域，了解Agentic RL的常见方法和技术栈；（评测方向）熟悉LLM和Agent评测技术，了解主流Benchmark，有LLM-as-a-Judge、自动化或人工评测体系搭建经验者优先； 4、优秀的代码工程能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握Python等编程语言，熟悉常用AI工具； 5、有激情、具备积极应对挑战的态度、乐于挑战、快速尝试，乐于了解业务知识，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力以及独立解决问题的能力。
