团队介绍：Commercial AI 负责中国交易与广告的to B应用统一模型建设，包含基础模型能力、AI Infra、统一商业数据、评测等方向。

1、负责超大规模机器学习及广告大模型系统架构的设计与研发，解决系统在高并发、高可靠性、高可扩展性等方面的技术难题； 2、参与大模型训练与推理系统能力建设，包括超长上下文训练与推理加速、多轮轨迹交互、分布式推理性能优化等方向； 3、负责大模型推理任务的性能优化、流量调度、池化部署等工作，覆盖LLM、MLLM、Diffusion等多类模型场景； 4、面向PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，提供高自动化、高性能的模型优化方案，提升模型训练与推理效率； 5、推动基于大模型开源组件的系统构建与能力沉淀，并负责国产硬件的适配、性能调优与稳定性优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python、Rust、C++等一门或多门编程语言，编程风格良好，有框架设计和抽象能力； 3、有训练、推理框架使用、设计、研发经验，参与过大模型训推工程或复杂分布式系统开发； 4、乐于追踪和解决问题，喜欢钻研底层原理与性能瓶颈，擅长科学建模。

加分项 1、有扎实的体系结构优化经验，熟悉异构硬件、高性能网络特性； 2、有科学优化的能力，能自主分析训练效率，并确定优化方向； 3、对主流强化学习框架、算法有了解，对于大模型训推有技术见解与Insight。
