ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Commercial AI 负责中国交易与广告的to B应用统一模型建设，包含基础模型能力、AI Infra、统一商业数据、评测等方向。

1、协助从商家运营、广告优化、内容运营、客服等业务中抽取高价值任务，设计评估样本与任务集； 2、参与大模型能力图谱与指标体系设计，覆盖任务完成度、业务收益代理指标（Proxy）、安全与合规等维度； 3、参与探索/实现评测方法，如LLM-As-A-Judge、多维Rubric、Pairwise比较、自动Red-Teaming（攻防评估）等； 4、编写实验代码与分析脚本，完成结果分析、可视化与小结； 5、撰写技术文档/报告，与模型、算法、产品等同学合作推动项目落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、有机器学习/NLP/推荐/广告/RL等任一方向基础，做过课程项目或科研/实习项目； 3、对大语言模型/Agent有兴趣，有相关项目/论文/开源作品者优先； 4、熟练使用Python，熟悉至少一种常用深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow等）； 5、具备基本实验设计与数据分析能力，习惯用代码说话； 6、主动性强，愿意在不确定环境下学习新东西、探索新问题；每周出勤不少于3天，实习周期不少于3个月，可长期实习优先。
