1、负责TikTok生活服务内容方向的服务端研发，围绕地点详情页、城市及主题榜单、精选视频、用户评价、亮点标签、推荐菜品及AI总结等场景，建设内容组织、检索与展示能力，提升用户发现和理解本地生活信息的效率； 2、建设内容生产与管理平台，完善视频、图文、评价等多源内容的接入、处理、质量评估、更新和分发链路，支持不同市场、语言和业务场景的内容供给，参与榜单生产、候选地点组织、更新发布及效果评估能力建设，提升榜单的可信度和参考价值； 3、与算法、产品团队协作，推动大模型及多模态内容理解能力落地，从用户内容中提取地点相关的实体、属性和体验观点，建设统一的标签体系、观点知识库及可追溯的证据关联； 4、参与AI应用的设计与工程实现，围绕AI总结、语义检索、RAG和智能问答等方向，建设模型调用、任务编排、效果评测与反馈机制，持续优化内容准确性、覆盖率、新鲜度和生产成本； 5、负责大规模内容数据处理与高并发在线服务的架构设计和优化，完善离线生产、增量更新、索引、缓存及稳定性保障能力，解决数据一致性、查询性能和服务可用性等工程问题； 6、深入理解用户需求，与搜索、地点数据及其他业务团队协作，推动内容能力跨场景复用，结合用户反馈和业务指标持续迭代，对所负责模块的技术质量和业务效果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具备扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握Go、Java、Python、C++中至少一门语言，具有良好的代码质量意识和工程习惯； 2、掌握数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统和数据库等基础知识，能够独立分析问题、设计方案并完成开发落地； 3、熟悉常见服务端架构及技术组件，对数据库、缓存、消息队列、搜索索引或分布式系统有实际应用经验，能够在性能、稳定性、可维护性和成本之间作出合理取舍； 4、对内容产品和AI技术有兴趣，愿意深入理解用户场景，能够通过实验、评测和数据分析验证方案效果，并持续学习和应用新技术； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够主动识别问题、推动跨团队合作，并在业务快速迭代中交付可靠的结果。

加分项： 1、有内容平台、搜索、推荐、榜单、本地生活或用户评价相关系统的研发经验； 2、有大模型应用、多模态内容处理、RAG、向量检索、知识库或Agent项目经验，参与过实际产品落地、效果评测或成本优化； 3、有离线或流式数据处理、多语言内容、国际化业务及高并发服务治理经验。
