1、中国安防运营方向： 1）参与区域物理安全运营工作，支持办公场所、园区及相关安全场景的日常管理与机制建设，协助保障安全策略有效落地； 2）参与安全风险排查、事件信息整理及运营流程优化，推动安全管理制度与基础运营能力持续完善； 2、消防安全运营方向： 1）参与区域消防安全管理工作，支持消防检查、隐患排查、宣传培训及演练等日常运营，协助推动消防安全要求落地执行； 2）参与消防风险整改、基础台账维护及跨团队协作，支持消防安全合规治理与园区安全运营能力提升； 3、技防系统方向： 1）参与物理安全系统的建设与运营，协助支持门禁、视频监控、报警等系统的配置、优化与日常管理，提升系统稳定性与运营效率； 2）参与AI+安防场景的需求分析与方案探索，从产品与运营结合的视角，推动智能识别、数据联动、可视化管理等能力在安全场景中的应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程、应急技术与管理、电子信息、自动化、计算机、数据科学、行政管理、公共管理等相关专业优先； 2、对物理安全、消防安全、智能安防或安全数字化方向有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的安全意识与责任心； 3、具备较强的学习能力、沟通协作能力和执行力，能够在复杂业务场景中快速理解问题并推动落地； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和分析能力，能够适应工作环境； 5、对系统、数据或AI应用有基础认知者优先，具备产品意识和创新思考能力者优先。
