1、理解公司整体发展方向与员工流动服务（EMS）团队目标，围绕企业员工差旅、签证、目的地服务等场景，参与服务策略与运营体系建设； 2、围绕员工出行与流动场景，参与全链路流程诊断与持续优化，从数据、反馈与个案中发现共性问题与体验痛点，提出优化建议（流程调整、SOP更新、系统/工具需求、供应商管理机制等）； 3、与团队内部及跨部门相关方保持高频、有效沟通，识别协同难点与关键风险点，推动形成共识并跟进落实，对重要问题进行复盘总结，沉淀可复用的解决方案与操作指引； 4、统筹员工流动服务场景的全流程运营与落地执行，响应日常业务咨询，处理流程卡点与突发业务问题。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有运营、项目管理、咨询、流程优化、数据分析、出行服务/签证相关实习经历者优先；具备较好的结构化思维与问题拆解能力，能从流程、数据或个案中识别共性问题，并转化为流程优化建议、SOP或系统需求； 3、执行力强，责任感高，愿意深入细节推进落地； 4、沟通协作能力好，能与协作方高效对齐信息与预期，表达清晰有逻辑，遇到问题能主动澄清并推动闭环； 5、有持续的好奇心与创造力，可以跳出既有框架进行思考，提出具有创新性的思路与解决方案； 6、英文口语及书面表达流利，可作为主要工作语言。
