1、负责SOC芯片的系统架构设计（SoC/CPU架构和微架构定义），开展基于Model的服务器系统的性能和功耗优化； 2、负责架构设计空间探索、微架构性能Feature的定义和评估，基于模型/RTL/Silicon等平台分析Benchmark性能瓶颈并调优； 3、负责协调验证组完成芯片的功能验证； 4、负责推进项目整体工作，协调设计、验证以及后端团队，按照项目计划整体推进项目工作，确保项目按计划执行。

1、计算机、电子工程类本科学历以上； 2、5年以上芯片架构和设计经验，深入了解一个或多个SOC模块； 3、具备软件编程能力（C/C++，Python），熟悉Linux Kernel和系统软件； 4、熟悉常用Benchmark和性能分析方法，有性能分析调优经验者优先； 5、熟悉基础云产品，大数据、AI解决方案者优先； 6、工作认真负责，具备较好的沟通、学习能力，较强的英文读写能力，以及较好的团队协作精神。
