1、负责安全业务的数据监控，构建业务指标体系，有效披露业务进展与风险； 2、对经营状况以及经营考核有敏感洞察力，能精准做好问题归因，为业务负责人提供准确高效的决策支持，推动完成经营目标； 3、深入业务视角，充分理解内容安全业务的目标，帮助业务进行业务探索、诊断优化、数值测算、业务复盘等分析工作，提出有建设性的决策建议； 4、对数据底层、数据产品有较好的理解能力，帮助业务设计数据产品并且配合上下游部门实现数据产品化。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上数据分析工作经验，具有内容安全业务分析、规模化团队业务分析或运营经验者优先，计算机，统计学、数学、经济学专业优先； 2、具备构建数据指标体系知识框架，曾有过构建指标体系经验；掌握基本数据分析方法，对数据落地到业务有一定经验，有专业的分析报告撰写能力； 3、熟练使用Excel、精通SQL、Hive，至少可以熟练使用一种数据可视化分析工具，擅长R和Python者优先； 4、沟通表达能力优、调推动能力强；有项目管理经验者优先。
