1、聚焦今日头条内容治理业务，挖掘大模型技术在内容治理场景中的替代与提效机会，推动可行性技术方案从0到1落地； 2、拆解业务全流程逻辑，制定针对性的大模型应用策略，量化评估技术接入后的业务收益，并通过持续迭代优化，实现模型能力与业务需求的高度契合； 3、基于业务对大模型的实际需求，独立搭建Workflow、Agent等解决方案，通过模型对工作模式进行探索和创新，解决业务实际问题； 4、联动算法、产品、策略运营等跨职能团队，建立高效协作机制，推动应用能力从测试、验证到应用的全生命周期管理。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉内容治理业务流程，具备模型运营领域理念认知；有较强的产品视角与统筹推进能力，可灵活运用大模型工具解决实际问题； 2、具备AI相关领域落地经验，有通过模型对所在领域工作做颠覆性探索的实际项目经验；具备出色的问题抽象与拆解能力，拥有Prompt Engineering、Workflow搭建等实践经验，能够独立设计并优化复杂Prompt策略形成工作流，以解决不同场景下的各类业务需求； 3、具备出色的业务理解能力，可从业务视角精准梳理需求，并将其转化为大模型工具的优化方向，推动技术与业务的深度融合；具备较强的指标拆解能力，能够科学量化业务目标并跟进落地； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调与项目推进能力，对新技术和新领域保持强烈的学习热情，能够快速适应不断变化的任务和要求，确保项目目标顺利达成。
