1、负责红果短剧国际化真人剧的版权治理工作，包括但不限于：国际化视频平台及短剧App上的侵权研判、盗版监测与维权打击、版权风险内容发现及标准策略制定； 2、对接国际化业务、法务、项目助理和交付团队，协同支持团队并保证业务交付； 3、跟踪国际化盗版渠道动态，优化反盗版监测机制与处置流程，提升维权效率； 4、关注国际化平台盗版覆盖率与投诉响应时效，持续提升反盗版工作的覆盖广度与响应速度。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限（法学背景优先）； 2、1-3年短剧出海版权维权经验，了解短剧行业及网文改编市场，有短剧、影视行业制片、编剧等经验优先； 3、具有数据监测分析能力，熟练运用AI办公工具； 4、具备良好的英语读写能力，能独立处理国际化平台侵权投诉及沟通； 5、熟悉国际化版权规则，有YouTube Content ID等国际化平台版权工具操作经验者优先； 6、具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力和团队协作意识，可独立统筹决策业务各工作事项。
