1、负责汽车专业性内容生态治理、垂类内容分类展示，支撑生态运转，生态内容质量稳中向好； 2、与内容运营团队、产品研发团队对接，推进生态治理策略迭代与落地，有效沉淀生态治理机制与方法论； 3、高效响应汽车垂类领域舆情事件，准确研判事件性质及对平台的影响范围、制定处置方案、统筹各方妥善处置； 4、推进建设完整的数据监控体系，通过指标监控，及时掌握产品内容类型变化与审核环节当前问题点提效提质方案产出； 5、负责相关业务的治理链路优化，联动质量管理团队、交付团队持续提升治理交付能力，保障业务指标达成。

1、熟悉汽车行业，对汽车垂类热点风险、通用场景风险有敏锐的洞察力，具备良好的内容判断力和风险预见能力； 2、具备优秀的产品思维和解决方案能力，逻辑清晰、具备项目统筹能力，能协调资源推进项目落地； 3、数据分析功底强、具有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速提炼信息、下钻深入分析，数据驱动业务生态策略迭代； 4、自驱力、责任心强，有良好的表达能力、跨部门沟通能力； 5、此前有规则撰写和规则制定的相关经历，可以独立负责规则分析和规则调优； 6、能积极拥抱变化，有较强的工作积极性，在部门重点专项上能主动思考，了解大模型部署及人机审配合模式。
