1、本科及以上学历，对数据分析、AI产品、大模型技术抱有强烈热情，有业务数据分析相关工作经验； 2、有较好的数据意识，能熟练应用SQL，具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能适应多业务模式的工作氛围； 3、过往有一定的项目统筹经验，能够制定清晰的项目目标、里程碑、计划与风险预案，能够通过资源整合、沟通机制的搭建推动项目开展、落地； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，对新事物和新技术有好奇心和探索精神，具备创新意识。
