1、依托产品的内容安全链路，挖掘各业务环节中可通过大模型实现提效的应用场景，以新技术落地解决业务实际痛点，推动大模型在内容安全领域的规模化应用； 2、主动拆解并分析现有业务流程，结合业务需求制定大模型建设方案与落地应用策略，全程负责工作流搭建、Prompt优化、模型测试、上线落地及后续迭代等全链路工作，确保方案的可行性与落地效果； 3、持续监控并跟踪大模型的各项核心指标，及时发现模型运行中的问题并分析原因，推进优化迭代，保障模型运行稳定性与业务适配性； 4、深入理解AI Agents原理，灵活运用大模型相关工具，结合业务场景设计合理的模型应用模式，助力业务效率提升与流程优化，沉淀可复用的大模型应用经验与方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业背景，具备大模型训练或大模型运营相关经验者优先； 2、具备Prompt Engineering经验，能够独立设计、优化复杂的Prompt策略并搭建完整工作流，熟悉RAG技术，能高效解决各类业务场景下的实际需求，深入理解AI Agents原理，熟悉大模型相关技术； 3、逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析挖掘业务痛点、评估模型效果，为方案优化提供数据支撑，主动发现、分析并解决问题； 4、工作积极主动，责任心强，沟通协调能力强，具备良好的项目管理意识、创新精神和学习热情，乐于探索大模型相关新技术、新能力，能够快速适应业务变化和任务调整。
