1、内容质量判定：负责抖音生态中重复感模型训练中的内容治理工作，根据规则要求，综合运用抽检、裁决、模拟投放等多种手段对标注队列进行内容治理； 2、质量提升改进：通过数据分析，深入分析失误原因并提出可解决的改进建议，能通过培训、答疑等多方式指导外部生产人员提升质量，推动队列质量优化； 3、业务变动协同：针对规则迭代、新人准入考核、考试验收等场景，凭借专业判断力，联动上游、产品、标准等相关方，及时反馈并处理异常。

1、本科及以上学历，具备标注、大模型、内容治理等经验； 2、掌握策略抽检、数据分析等相关方法和工具，可通过抽检有效发现问题并进行针对性分析，并拿出解决方案； 3、理解能力和培训能力强，具备独立进行培训准入外部标注人员的能力，懂Prompt加分； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，拥有高度的责任心，工作认真仔细。
