1、本科及以上学历，1-3年内容安全风险处置经验优先； 2、具备良好的书面分析与方案输出能力，能独立完成专题分析、策略方案、复盘总结等材料撰写； 3、沟通协作能力良好，能够在复杂环境下灵活调整策略，有较强协作能力，能推动项目顺利进行并高效解决业务协同问题； 4、具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维和沟通能力，通过合理有效的数据挖掘与特征提炼，定义问题，协同各部门进行有效沟通，推动问题解决；熟悉安全风控全链路工作，有案例处置、数据分析、策略适配等相关经验者优先。
