1、对大模型方案进行编排及设计，完善大模型规则库、知识库、案例库等，提升模型内容治理能力及给出解决方案； 2、对视频、文本、标签分类等模型进行调优，挖掘模型方案机会点，协同产品、算法等进行方案落地； 3、对行业需求进行承接，结合数据分析能力，建立问题或需求分析-改善-反馈-跟进机制； 4、对模型的异常指标进行监控和跟踪，重新设计或优化Prompt编排、Workflow架构，并对RAG召回、驳回效果负责； 5、负责模型运营团队的中长期规划，包括业务支撑、团队成长等，能够带领团队持续突破成长。

1、本科及以上学历，具备1年+的团队管理经验； 2、了解短剧/网文内容质量链路和流程，有智能体、大模型运营或训练师经验优先，对人工智能有热情，有创新精神； 3、业务理解能力强，数据分析和生产的能力，从业务角度理清需求，推动大模型方案优化； 4、逻辑思维与问题解决能力强，沟通协作出色，工作积极主动，责任心和风险意识高； 5、内容平台运营、产品运营相关经验优先，具备算法、数据挖掘相关经验优先。
