1、分析现有版权治理业务链路，识别大模型应用机会点，并制定大模型应用规划，明确落地路径； 2、进行模型训练与精调，独立完成大模型测试验证，输出收益量化报告，制定大模型实际应用方案，提升大模型效率和质量； 3、协同产品研发推动大模型上线，设计人机协同治理流程； 4、持续监控模型效果，优化迭代策略，适配版权业务需求变化。

1、有1-3年运营经验者优先； 2、具备较好的业务理解能力，能站在业务角度听懂需求，能将业务需求转化为技术语言； 3、了解大语言模型技术，参与过大语言模型的训练和优化选代过程，包括预训练、SFT以及强化学习等； 4、熟练掌握Prompt的编写、应用和优化技巧，了解Langchain、AI Agents原理，对人机辅助有兴趣有行动； 5、有探索精神，自学能力强，对新鲜事物持续保持学习和尝试。
