1、社区内容互动全流程支持：主导社区创作者视频、图文画风标准制定与迭代，进行日常视频内容巡检，确保前端内容展示符合预期； 2、社区内容治理：设计分层分级的内容治理策略，整合关键词库、模型规则及人工干预等手段，精准维护社区健康生态； 3、质量流程标准化：牵头搭建质量编审全流程体系，制定SOP、质量抽检机制及违规处置方案，保障内容质量可控； 4、项目统筹与协作：统筹社区运营相关项目全流程，高效协同内外部团队及上下游资源推进落地，确保项目目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上内容运营工作经验，具备成熟的团队管理、项目运营、统筹能力及内外部/上下游协作经验； 2、拥有内容画风标准制定成功案例，理解视频用户表达习惯与偏好，精通内容治理流程搭建，擅长优化准确率、响应速度等效能指标； 3、具备优秀的内容治理意识与监控能力，能够通过指标、态势监控，及时掌握风险变化，对潜在风险特征进行挖掘分析； 4、对数据敏感，能通过数据分析进行问题归因、评估模型效果，并驱动治理流程及结果优化； 5、参与过AIGC内容治理与AIGC创作项目，熟悉LLM在内容治理场景的应用逻辑优先； 6、工作细致、责任心强，能适应工作环境，具备独立思考和解决复杂问题的能力。
