1、通过数据清洗大模型建设，原声分析策略的制定与维护，周期性监测、分析各主流社媒平台的典型用户原声，识别定位用户在账号、内容等不同体裁产品中的内容安全体验、服务体验、产品体验等问题； 2、建设并维护NSR等指标，并周期性监测指标波动趋势，从业务视角归因异常，给出优化建议； 3、针对重点话题，形成长周期、专题分析报告，为多条业务线如主端、平台沟通、PR、体验服务、市场等的产品策略与产品优化提供决策支持。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上相关运营经验，有大模型应用落地经验优先； 2、具备策略性思维，逻辑清晰，擅长数据分析，具备良好的书面表达与总结复盘能力； 3、具备良好的资源协调和沟通能力，以目标为导向，积极推动问题落地； 4、具备较强的适应能力，工作责任感与使命感强烈，具备自我驱动的成长意识。
