1、负责短剧治理策略，与治理构建短剧内容生态指标与监控体系，保障生态长期稳定发展； 2、洞察和定义生态问题，负责策略-标准-执行整体链路落地，并对规则落地的准确性、延时等结果负责； 3、通过分析标注数据与典型案例，逆向挖掘业务策略漏洞，联合产品、算法、内容治理等团队落地具体方案，提升内容生态健康度与安全水平； 4、对短剧整体内容生态结果直接负责，深入分析内容与用户体验之间的平衡，动态调整治理策略，持续提升用户满意度及长期健康度； 5、有一定模型搭建经验，能制定相关进审策略，搭建模型自动内容治理链路。

1、热爱短剧行业，关注行业热点与趋势，对短剧生态内容特征、画风审美、优质内容识别、价值导向有出色的判断力； 2、本科及以上学历，具备优秀的项目管理能力； 3、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力与合作意识，能高效联动生态治理、产品运营、标注等多团队，推动复杂项目落地； 4、能结合客观数据（如负向反馈率、举报量、留存影响）与主观内容判断，制定合理、可执行的治理政策与尺度。

加分项 1、具备1年以上生态治理策略/内容质量管控/治理标准运营相关工作经验； 2、有非底线内容识别、优质内容筛选相关经验。
