1、玩法供给：互动剧玩法市场监控、游戏引入、玩法评测； 2、对于游戏行业动态信息和游戏内容有认知，完成小游戏内容评测与信息深度分析，输出小游戏内容评测与评级报告； 3、负责监控市场游戏/小游戏发现和引入工作，可根据产品和平台政策输出引入策略并落地执行； 4、负责小游戏评测和内容推广方案策划，与内容同学对接可独立完成单款小游戏的测试到推广全流程工作； 5、可独立完成小游戏玩法、内容数据分析，下钻与定位转化链路问题，并可输出基础的解法方案。

1、本科及以上学历，有抖音平台运营或游戏运营经验，熟悉游戏/小游戏推广全流程者优先； 2、热爱游戏行业，熟悉游戏运营流程和游戏生态，有较强的游戏知识储备，对抖音平台生态有深入了解，熟悉抖音短视频创作、直播、算法推荐机制等； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神； 4、具备较强的分析流程制定能力和数据分析能力，逻辑思维缜密；对于游戏玩家群体主观偏好的客观分析总结有自己的方法论。
