1、搭建并持续迭代经营治理体系：围绕业务目标，建立和优化目标、指标及过程管理机制，支持目标拆解、进度跟踪、风险识别与偏差纠偏； 2、开展经营专题治理，支持业务决策：围绕业务模式、交付结果、人力配置、绩效、工时、排班、运营效率等关键模块，开展周期性盘点和专项治理，识别风险点、机会点及效率损耗点，形成可落地的判断和建议； 3、主动发现问题并推动改善落地：能够从业务和数据中主动诊断问题，提出改进策略，推动相关方案在业务中执行落地，并跟踪结果，持续优化经营效益和资源使用效率； 4、推进跨团队项目与中台协同事项落地：联动业务、产品、技术及相关中台团队，明确项目节奏、分工和交付标准，推动复杂项目在业务侧高质量落地； 5、承接基础经营运营工作，保障管理信息可视：负责绩效核算、工时考勤、排班管理、绩效产品化运营及业务看板维护，保障数据准确、流程顺畅、管理信息透明可用； 6、沉淀治理方法，持续对标优化：关注内外部优秀经营治理实践，沉淀可复用的治理框架和运营方法，并结合业务发展持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上直播业务治理运营工作经验； 2、具备较强的数据治理能力和业务理解能力，能结合AI工具开展问题治理并支持经营决策； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够独立完成专题治理，并输出有判断、有建议的结论； 4、具备较强的沟通协同和项目推动能力，能够独立推进跨部门项目落地交付； 5、目标感强，自驱力强，能够主动深入业务，识别痛点和机会点，并推动问题解决。
