1、根据业务目标和需求进行场景化机器内容质量把控策略制定与迭代，并监控数据指标达成情况，应用底层成熟的模型能力，设计、搭建并持续迭代Agent，提升Agent覆盖率，提升整体流程效能； 2、深入业务全流程识别AI提效机会，制定AI提效整体策略，建立效果评估体系，优化模型的性能和效果，量化AI技术带来的效率提升与成本节约； 3、推动内容风险识别与优质内容筛选的治理水位提升，对选优打劣的业务结果负责，驱动用户增长与商业化收入的运营效果提升，对增长运营方向的业务结果负责； 4、负责AI产品或功能的设计与落地，协同算法、工程、产品运营等团队推动模型开发落地，持续迭代优化模型效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、了解模型行业的前沿知识，对AI产品、生成式大模型技术抱有强烈热情，熟悉国内外AI产品，对LLM语言模型、Prompt Engineering（提示工程）等大模型底层技术有一定理解，具备独立完成提示工程的能力、代码编写能力、模型精调能力等； 3、具备良好的沟通表达能力、项目管理能力，对复杂问题有拆解、定位、解决的能力，能够独立完成方案设计，推动项目快速落地； 4、责任心强、投入度高，且有良好的主观能动性。
