1、安全标准体系建设：负责豆包等大模型产品的安全标准建设，包括标准框架设计、细则拆解、执行口径统一及配套执行手册的制定与迭代，保障标准可落地、可执行； 2、风险研判与标准优化：基于国家法律法规、平台治理要求及业务实际场景，对豆包/猫箱等AIGC内容风险进行识别与研判，归纳风险模式，持续推动安全标准与治理策略优化； 3、质量管理与交付保障：统筹AIGC安全标注团队的质量管理，设计质量评估体系与专项提升方案；对齐上游目标，制定阶段性改进计划，推动解决标准、流程、执行及工具等问题，保障质量交付稳定； 4、上下游协同与项目推进：结合业务不同阶段目标，将安全治理目标拆解为可执行方案，推动跨团队协作与项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上大模型安全、内容治理或平台内容质量把控、平台标准相关经验优先，有AIGC创作/对话等场景的安全风险经验优先； 2、具备良好的新闻敏感度与风险研判能力，熟悉互联网内容尺度标准和环境； 3、熟悉大模型安全治理基本原理，理解AIGC风险类型，具备问题拆解与数据分析能力； 4、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，执行力强，责任心高，能够长期投入安全治理工作。
