1、对短视频平台的新兴玩法类型保持高度敏锐，能够准确识别和区分优质玩法与一般玩法，从内容创意、互动表现、传播潜力等维度建立玩法评估判断框架； 2、负责标注执行手册的编写与持续完善，紧跟短视频内容生态的更新迭代，及时将新玩法、新趋势转化为可落地的标注标准，保障手册始终与业务现状同步； 3、负责规则优化时的上下游信息透明传输与培训落地工作，新规则执行阶段能够结合实际标注场景中的问题反馈，对规则表述、判定标准、操作流程进行迭代更新，确保规则的可执行性与尺度一致性； 4、具备AI大模型相关知识与实操能力，在项目探索机器标注能力的过程中，与模型运营角色紧密协作，参与机器标注方案设计、效果验证与落地推进，推动标注效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上内容运营、标注运营、规则运营或内容运营工作经验； 2、对短视频内容生态有深入理解，熟悉主流短视频平台的玩法趋势，具备较强的玩法敏感度和内容判断力； 3、具备优秀的规则抽象与文档编写能力，能够将复杂的业务逻辑转化为清晰、严谨、可执行的标注执行手册； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与产品运营、算法等上游角色高效对齐，准确理解并落地业务需求； 5、对AI大模型有一定了解，具备Prompt编写、模型效果评估或机器标注方案落地相关经验者优先； 6、工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的自驱力和学习能力。
