1、基于抖音内容治理业务，挖掘可借助大模型自动治理或提效、提质的Agent搭建； 2、通过分析业务流程，制定大模型应用策略，探索大模型接入业务后的收益并持续优化，实现模型与业务需求的高度契合； 3、依据业务对大模型的需求，借助工具和算法，通过自动化Workflow、Agent搭建等方式解决业务问题；或进一步对模型做微调训练，通过常规SFT等手段满足业务需求； 4、与规则、数据、策略运营等多团队构建高效协作机制，推动大模型从测试到应用的全生命周期管理； 5、协调各方资源，确保大模型及相应工具正确部署与持续优化，高效高质解决业务问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息与计算科学、数据科学、理工学科等相关专业优先，具备扎实的理论基础； 2、熟悉大模型训练RM、RL、NLP、CV相关的算法和技术，可使用Python、Java、Go、JavaScript、C、C++两种以上主流语言，熟悉主流数据库的操作，如：MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle等优先； 3、熟悉模型技术，具备出色的Prompt Engineering经验，能够独立设计并优化复杂的Prompt策略形成工作流，以解决不同类型的业务员需求，深入理解AI Agents原理，能够灵活运用大模型工具解决实际业务问题； 4、具备出色的业务理解能力，能够从业务视角精准梳理需求，将业务逻辑转化为大模型工具优化方向，推动模型与业务的深度融合，拥有较强的指标拆分能力，能够科学量化业务目标； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，可高效协调各方资源，确保项目目标顺利达成； 6、对新技术和新领域保持强烈的学习热情，能够快速适应不断变化的任务和要求。
