1、垂类资源拓展：聚焦游戏、直播、校园等行业，挖掘并建联垂类群主资源； 2、社群基础搭建：负责官方社群的创建、群主邀请进群等基础流程落地，保障社群初始架构完整； 3、群主服务支持：输出群主运营培训内容（含社群规则、运营技巧等），并及时响应、解决群主日常问题； 4、社群活跃运营：策划社群日常互动活动（话题、福利、行业交流等），提升官方群的活跃度与粘性； 5、OKR落地推进：拆解垂类群主运营的量化指标，制定分阶段执行计划，跟进节奏并完成目标。

1、1-2年社群运营/行业资源拓展经验，熟悉游戏/直播/生活服务任意一个垂类的生态与用户特征优先； 2、具备垂类群主资源挖掘、建联及关系维护能力，能快速触达目标行业的群主； 3、掌握社群创建、活动策划等实操技能，能独立完成社群从0到1的基础运营； 4、具备清晰的表达能力，可输出易懂的群主培训内容，高效解决线上沟通问题； 5、熟练使用社群管理工具、Excel等办公软件，能通过数据复盘优化运营动作； 6、有较强的项目管理推进、执行、沟通及思考能力，能够根据工作目标拆解执行动作并推进落地，在社群群主运营过程中理解用户诉求、思考解决方案并推进群功能需求方案提出。
