1、承担自投测试任务，负责抖音、抖音极速版等渠道拉新、卸载、拉活相关测试项目的全流程执行，及时回收测试结论，确保测试进度与质量； 2、负责分阶段投放管控与账户优化，包括严格控制每日预算，保证日均广告上新量、素材使用量达到既定标准，严格遵循投放出价、次日留存/7留设置要求，做好投放账户基建，实时关注计划数据，及时关停尾部计划、重点维护计划，同时支持搭建账户、优化账户结构，分析解决账户问题，深入理解产品卖点并独立输出投放优化策略，定期产出投放数据分析报告、测试报告及优化建议报告； 3、以结果为导向，实现主流渠道（巨量、广点通）日均消耗达到目标标准，达成各渠道前后端CPA、次日留存、nROI考核标准，输出自投运营SOP，沉淀自动化创编起量方法论，确保拿到明确AA/AB收益； 4、开展算法调价与投放规则调价的AB测试，完成全链路跑通，结合投放实操经验，反哺自动化工具迭代，提升工具与投放链路的适配性； 5、对代理进行投放指导和数据监控。

1、本科及以上学历，有网络服务类App下载投放经验，具备周维度制定&调整投放策略的经验及能力，有目标渠道优化经验者优先； 2、具备独立分析投放问题及解决问题的能力，能够针对自投进行深度挖掘增量，并总结沉淀相关方法论，对达成有责任心； 3、具备管理投放代理经验，有较强投放专业度，了解投放底层逻辑，能进行巨量/广点通等渠道基础操作； 4、有较强配合能力，能与投放团队形成高效配合，遵守相关成本/后端要求，定期复盘； 5、及时响应业务需求，支持实时盯盘，对账户结果和数据产出负责，乐于接受业务挑战。
