1、负责对番茄小说产品网文场景的安全治理，在标准、流程机制、工具策略等方面推进产品优化，降低风险并提升用户体验； 2、对风险类型能够梳理出清晰特征和推进安全标准刻画，针对专项及管控节点梳理治理方案并推进落实，不断优化完善风险内容质量治理体系，平衡用户体验； 3、建立安全相关核心目标及治理体系，做好指标的交付跟踪，包括但不限于策略和标准运营及优化、治理方向等； 4、与运营、产品研发、人审等协作方建立良好合作，共识需求，明确协作分工，共同助力核心目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，具备良好的敏感安全意识，相关领域专业知识扎实； 2、有互联网信息内容质量把控基础，可以准确识别基础的违规风险，明确违规类型及对应判罚尺度； 3、对于网文或者安全治理策略有所了解/有一定经验基础，有从外部审视产品潜在风险以及内容安全的能力； 4、具备较强的运营能力，积极自驱，执行力强，具备一定的逻辑思维能力及开放的沟通合作意识，能清晰地沟通和表达想法。
