1、负责短剧内容治理策略团队的人员和业务管理，根据业务发展状态及时、快速制定相应的策略方案； 2、负责短剧内容治理标准规则的制定和优化迭代，内容治理团队资源管理，输出内容治理方面合理的发展建议； 3、负责短剧内容治理方面的全流程优化，协调多团队共同协作；与运营、产品、研发等团队深度配合，优化产能方案、迭代治理策略，保障短剧内容安全； 4、负责发展培养短剧内容治理策略团队，识别引入并培养优秀人才； 5、带领团队探索大模型可应用的业务场景，协调内外部资源，推动大模型在内容治理领域的实际应用，持续提升交付效率。

1、本科及以上学历，具备内容行业运营、安全策略经验，3年以上内容安全策略工作经验或1年以上短剧运营经验者优先，了解短剧业务，对短剧行业有一定安全认知； 2、具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能洞察用户痛点并把握问题本质，设计成可切实落地的方案，有业务和数据分析的经验和知识，善于用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 3、具备良好的沟通能力、跨部门协同能力，高效推进解决方案落地，带领团队拿结果； 4、逻辑清晰，目标感强，自我驱动，主动学习新技术，拥抱变化。
