1、推进产品上市（GTM）方案落地，支撑生成式AI产品及新功能上线，提升产品市场渗透率与使用规模； 2、分析用户行为、用户主动反馈及市场信号，提炼业务洞察，为产品规划与重大决策提供依据； 3、通过数据调研、行业趋势分析、产品对标等多种方式挖掘新产品方向与商业机会； 4、深度协同产品、研发、用户体验、品牌公关、销售、战略等跨部门团队，对齐工作优先级，高效推动功能商业化落地； 5、维护外部AI合作伙伴关系，完善产品生态布局，挖掘双方联合研发合作机会。

1、3年及以上AI领域产品营销/运营工作经验，或科技、广告行业相关岗位从业经历； 2、热爱学习、乐于使用各类AI产品； 3、具备自驱力，项目管理能力突出；能够快速抓住业务核心、识别关键风险，联动多方达成业务目标； 4、具备较强分析思维，对数据敏感，一切工作以结果目标为导向； 5、敢于设定高目标，擅长现状拆解、制定行动方案，能够快速试错迭代、持续优化业务。

优先条件 1、优秀的沟通表达能力，具备良好团队协作意识； 2、熟悉全球化组织协作模式，可联动各跨职能团队对齐共同业务目标。
