日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok Shop全球商家建联体系建设，梳理商家从平台触达到添加企业微信、WhatsApp等沟通渠道的流程，发现并推动解决链路中的问题； 2、与产品运营团队、运营团队协作，优化建联入口、引导内容和操作流程，结合运营触达，推动更多商家与平台建立沟通关系； 3、探索AI在商家建联中的应用，例如辅助生成多语言触达文案、整理商家常见问题，并结合实际反馈优化内容和使用流程； 4、跟踪触达、渠道添加和有效建联等数据，评估产品及运营策略的效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对国际电商、运营平台或AI应用感兴趣，逻辑清晰，能从数据和商家反馈中发现问题，并推动方案落地； 3、能熟练使用AI工具辅助信息整理和内容创作，同时具备核验输出准确性的意识； 4、有AI应用项目、CRM或商家运营经验者优先。
